Work Life Balance
Please follow these steps on a daily basis to boost productivity, which will lead to a better work-life balance.1) Always clear your mind with thoughts that will bring you calm by writing them down in the tools provided.
2) Create your principal capture tool in the system at your job in an excel sheet.
3) Make your mobile notepad an additional capturing tool. Note down the idea/issue/CR/TO-DO anything in your mobile and then take it to the system in a single location.
4) Daily, come to the workplace and copy all the TODO from secondary to primary.
5) Prioritize the work, Schedule the task on the calendar for 45 minutes and leave 15 minutes to refresh your head before starting a new work.
6) Avoid interruptions. Allow people to bother you in the last 15 minutes of each hour unless it is exceedingly important; otherwise, solve the situation first and respectfully express the same to them when they notice the clock and disturb you. Keep your phone on mute for 45 minutes and only use it for the last 15 minutes.
7) Always calculate the effort necessary to complete the assignment and convey the deadlines.
8) Be proactive and complete the work when it is in the essential block; do not let the task to slip into the urgent block, which will disrupt the timetable and cause a screw due to pressure.
