"O D A A R" Observation, Data Collection, Analysis, Action Item and Result On a daily basis, we make decisions for small things using the above process that I explained, but we don't realize we're doing it. For example, if we consider a small activity like drinking water, we first observe what is water, which we observe from our eyes, and then analyze the data to understand we need water to fulfill our thirst, then we take water and drink, so we performed action, and it will give us a result with whether or not our thirst is satisfied.
